Arrive 15 minutes before appointment time to complete the health record, take the time to drink a good glass of water and put yourself in a state of relaxation!
After the treatment
I will come back with you on the massage, tensions felt, exercises and stretches that might benefit you. Vou can relax in the rest room, with a good herbal tea included in the price

Cancellation politic
The period reserved for your massage is exclusively dedicated to you.
Please notify 24 hours in advance in the event of cancellation or modification of your appointment.
If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, you may be charged a $40 fee if there is no one to fill your appointment.
Delay
If you are late for an appointment, I will do everything possible to to honour the duration of your treatment, but I cannot guarantee that the massage will initially last reserve.
